General Shipping Policies -
WE SHIP WORLWIDE!
· Orders CANNOT be cancelled or modified. Please verify all shipping and billing information before submitting your order.
· Orders that contain a bad shipping address and are shipped back to the Kingdom of Swords warehouse can be reshipped to the customer, however an additional shipping and handling fee (equal to the original shipping and handling charges) will apply. In order to prevent this circumstance from occurring please verify all shipping and billing information before placing your order.
· Business hours/days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
· Delivery days include everyday except Sunday and holidays.
· Delivery timeframes are estimated and therefore not guaranteed.
· If an item is out of stock or backordered Kingdom of Swords will contact the customer for guidance on proceeding with the order.

RETURN POLICY -
At Kingdom of Swords, a purchase is never final. You can return any purchase within 30 days for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We must recieve your return within 30 days after the date you recieved your items.
All items returned can be exchanged or recieve store credit for the full amount of the item. There are no cash refunds on returned items.
DAMAGED ITEMS- All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS or the US Postal Service)immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US, but do contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE- If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can exchange it for any other item that is the same or lower in price without paying the restocking fee. You will still be responsible for return shipping fees.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT- Your purchase will be refunded to you in the form of store credit upon the return of the product. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a store credit. (Less Shipping and Handling). Your store credit can be used at anytime.
Please email us at returns@kingdomofswords.net to request an RMA and directions on how to return your order. You must state what the problem is and if you want a replacement or store credit.
Orders older than 30 days will not be accepted.

BACKORDER POLICY -
If an item is ordered is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email of the backorder and given the choice of waiting for the restock of the item, exchanging it for another item, or cancelling the order for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY -
WE SHIP WORLWIDE!
Kingdom of Swords ships to most courtries. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to find out your countries restrictions including but not limited to restricted items and size limits on packages. International orders have a delivery time of 2 to 8 weeks. Most International orders are sent by insured postal service airmail with the exception of Canada and the UK, which are sent UPS most of the time. Some countries cannot be insured such as Mexico and Central and South American countries and Italy. International orders have an initial shipping charge calculated at purchase time if only one item is ordered. If more than 1 large item is ordered there will be an additional charge of $30 per large item charged at time of shipment on top of the regular shipping costs. If an item is considered large or not is the sole discretion of Kingdom of Swords. By buying from Kingdom of Swords you are agreeing to this policy and are held completely liable for your order. There will be no refunds made for violations of this policy or customs seizures. Upon receipt foreign Governments may charge additional duties and taxes.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY -
Legal status of products: It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Kingdom of Swords. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. Kingdom of Swords will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers.
It is the buyers responsibility to check with customs in their country when purchasing an item. Kingdom of Swords is not responsible for seizures made by customs.
ANYONE attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, WILL be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!
